Meditation classes are now Wednesdays at 7:45 - 8:15 p.m.
Classes will focus on relaxation and meditation as well as a series of 6 Qi Gung methods (think gentle standing movements to restore mind body and spirit).
There are also 4 training sets that teach and study full body movement and integration. I will teach through one Qi Gung method each month through the end of the year and then continue next year.
The classes are set up so if you attend for 12 consecutive months you will have a strong foundation and each of these exercises and their benefits.

Month to month is $60 month
Annual agreement is $48 month for 1 year
